East Meadow Kiwanis currently sponsors three Key Clubs. Key Clubs are designed to teach high school kids about the value of community service and to focus them on the positives surrounding them. Key Clubs get kids involved with many community service activities. Many Key Clubbers go on to leadership positions in the Key Club organization and assume leadership positions in other organizations and communities later in life. We support our Key Clubs at East Meadow High and W.T. Clarke High School.
We strive to fulfill the Kiwanis vision of changing the world, one child and one community at a time. Our mission is to help educate our children, support our community, and establish ourselves as the premier service organization in East Meadow.
A big THANK YOU to Mr. Brennan for allowing us to use the kitchen and cafeteria, along with his custodial staff and EMSD Central Administration for their help.
Thank you as well to our amazing community, local clubs, and community groups that came out to support our event!
⭐ Special thanks to our chairs: Gary, Steve, Mike P., Lisa, and Mike L.
🍳 Our wonderful cooks and servers: Catherine, Mark, Joe, Pat, Sharan, Marian, Marcee, Tracy, Joe, Diane, Rich, Rosa and Alan.
👏 A shout-out to EMHS & W.T. Clarke’s Key Clubs, especially Bluey (Maya)!
💛 Thank you Shari for letting us have Gary all morning.
☕ And thank you to Paul Stargott for the coffee and to all of our amazing sponsors listed on the banner below for supporting this event.
