East Meadow Kiwanis currently sponsors three Key Clubs. Key Clubs are designed to teach high school kids about the value of community service and to focus them on the positives surrounding them. Key Clubs get kids involved with many community service activities. Many Key Clubbers go on to leadership positions in the Key Club organization and assume leadership positions in other organizations and communities later in life. We support our Key Clubs at East Meadow High and W.T. Clarke High School.
We strive to fulfill the Kiwanis vision of changing the world, one child and one community at a time. Our mission is to help educate our children, support our community, and establish ourselves as the premier service organization in East Meadow.
Some additional awards were given out at our last meeting. Legion of honor for service of 10, 15 and 20 years of service and Tony Palangi Service Leadership Award. Congratulations. ... See MoreSee Less

The statue , titled “Stand Up, Speak Out,”was dedicated in 2010 to increase public awareness to the impact that drunk driving has on innocent victims and was then DPP James Mancuso's Presidents project.
Today volunteers came out to clean up the area around the memorial and plant new flower beds. Thank you to all of our volunteers who came to the cleanup. ... See MoreSee Less
